The CHIPS and Science Act will enable us to build a strong and diverse STEM workforce. If we are going to lead in science and innovation, we must create and support a STEM workforce that represents the rich diversity of our nation.
A strong and diverse STEM workforce is a major priority of Chairwoman Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX). Chairwoman Johnson has been working to pass some of the provisions in Title 5- Broadening Participation in Science, for over 15 years.
