Representatives Bart Gordon, Eddie Bernice Johnson and Mark Udall write EPA Administrator Michael Leavitt to express concern that a cooperative research agreement with the American Chemistry Council (ACC) represents a conflict of interest.  The agreement allowed the ACC to serve as principal investigator on the Agency's proposed Children's Health Environmental Exposure Research Study, even though the Council represents the industry that might be subject to regulation as a result of the study.
