Ranking Member Johnson Questions Chairman Smith Again on NOAA Subpoena
(Washington, DC) – On October 23, 2015, Ranking Member Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX) sent a letter to Chairman Smith in response to the Committee’s issuance of a subpoena on October 9, 2015, to the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Administrator Kathryn Sullivan for documents and communications related to climate research.

After no response, Ms. Johnson sent a second letter to Chairman Smith on November 19, 2015.
